It has been a really long time since I've been here. I haven't felt creative so I haven't posted recently. Only old stuff I was working on that I finally finished. I go through phases so now I'm back in the mood to vector and create some more walls. Thanks for viewing. Enjoy! About Me
Hi, just wanted to tell a little about myself. I'm mostly into web design so I don't really create other kinds of graphics. I did start creating posters and such about 7 years ago when I joined my college Anime Club in which my friend and I created. That was really fun, then I got into other kinds of graphics, creating t-shirts, newsletters, etc. I think it was a very good experience. Then I came here to get some wallpapers for my computer and learned that I could create and submit them myself. So I tried...most of my efforts were rejected but after a while I looked at tutorials and asked members how to create certain effects. I'm still not good at it yet, but I hope to get an SSS rating some day. I also learned how to vector scans by joining this site. I am happy that I decided to join because it has broaden my experience in design so much. So thanks everyone for your help and experience, I hope to work with some of you in the future with some wallpaper designs I have. Sayonara!

Though if you really wanted to create an outfit you could always just find scans with the "pieces" and vector them together.

rinkazukiI can't find any tutorials for illustrator vectoring/coloring, can you help? I want to be able to fill in the color without using an actual outline. Which program is easier to use for color Ai, Ps? Thanks!emoticon
Honestly, I've never found any good tutorial on illustrator. The forum that I learn vectoring with Illustrator is gone, so I can't help you here. Sowwy!
And as for that, I'm sure that PS is much easier.. I've done both, fully made in PS and fully made in Illustrator, and in my opinion, using PS is much easier.

rinkazukiI like it! Of course part of the reason for that is Lelouch. The colors are nice, and the bg is simple yet graphicy. However, I feel that Lelouch could use a bit more of a highlight. Not necessarily more color but maybe some black, just so that he stands out more because his colors blend into the background to well. Or even darkening the bg could make Lulu stand out. Experiment a little and see what happens, looking forward to great things from you.
